Newbug Tseng is a seasoned expert in the field of cybersecurity with over 20 years of experience. He holds a Master's degree in Information Management from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. He co-founded the Hacks In Taiwan Conference (HITCON) and was a co-founder of the Association of Hackers in Taiwan. He also co-founded NETHACK Technology, one of Taiwan's earliest penetration testing security company. Later, he joined Taiwan Mobile, where he managed the information security team and was responsible for cybersecurity management across the group, from telecommunications to e-commerce. He also worked at Trend Micro as a Sr. Staff Engineer on the Red Team, and then joined TeamT5, leading the network discovery team, tracking real-time global and darknet threat intelligence and hacker trends. At the end of 2023, he decided to leverage his extensive industry experience to found CyCatena Technology.

Turkey Li served as the first Secretary-General of the Association of Hackers in Taiwan and the General Convener of HITCON Community 2018. She organized Taiwan's first international hacker conference focused on blockchain security, which attracted a thousand participants. Previously, she worked as a software development engineer at Taiwan Mobile and a senior technical manager for the vulnerability research and cybersecurity product development teams at TeamT5. Dedicated to promoting cybersecurity within the community and managing teams, she is a co-founder and the general convener for discussions at HITCON GIRLS, a women's cybersecurity community. she has been a speaker at HITCON, iThome Cybersec, and the 360 Bug Bounty Conference, and was invited to host a smart contract challenge at the European HITB hacker conference.
